Other Notes

* Monthly revenue is calculated pre-tax, combining the Booking Fees & Cleaning Fees on the platform. Our percentage is then paid out.

** Repairs and restocking items are NOT included, and will be invoiced separately. 

*** Property Owner is responsible for providing any necessary tax documentation to local authorities.

**** Property Owner maintains control & authority as the Host on all platforms.
